Techinvasion.net has been on the net in one form or another for some time. It is my website where I post the things that I had to learn the hard way. Most of this site is made up of articles I write to document the things I think others might want to know about, and it also serves’ as a reference for myself.
My name is John Burns and I am a network Engineer. Most of my experience has been in large enterprise e-commerce networks. I also have worked as a consultant for security auditing, network design and implementation, vmware ESX environment design, and Microsoft exchange design and implementation. I touch everything from checkpoint, netscreen, cisco, juniper, bluecoat, packeteer, riverbed and and many other devices, including security products.
